Hi, I just had my first class last night and loved it. I have another tomorrow. I think this is an exercise that I will keep up with it is so much fun.

Yes, I love Zumba classes, I go once a week on Wednesdays and I go walking 60 minutes the rest of the days except Sundays and Mondays.
