Whenever my motivation to exercise is waning and I ask myself, "Do I really need to exercise today?" I just step on the scale. If I am not at my goal weight, the answer is obvious: Exercise is a crucial component in my regimen to lose weight. YES, I should exercise! If I am at my goal
weight, the answer is obvious. YES, I should exercise! I've gotta keep exercising if I want to maintain and rock my hot new bod!
