They may be different schedule days, but they are still on plan days. They are unless we want to fight to maintain during the other days of the week. Fridays are a great day knowing that the weekend is just about here. Try to plan ahead and try to get some exercise into your weekend. You have more control over your exercise during the weekend than food sometimes.
