Sleep Sleep sleep.... I have one really good night and then am punished by at least 4 with very disturbed... Its so damaging but worrying about doesnt help either... Am not sure what the answer is... Have tried reading and sitting watching a bit of tv but am so tired even though I cant sleep.. weird.

I don't know if a good night's sleep reduces my appetite, but not getting enough sleep for SURE affects my health. All it takes is a couple days of sleep deprivation for me to feel physically AWFUL -- awfulness that includes the feelings of being bloated, foggy, and of terrible digestive trouble. Not to mention fatigue, of course. :)
