Eating a small dinner in the afternoon (between 3:30 and 4:30) makes you eat less the rest of the day. Just be sure to eat a night snack!

Yes I agree.I switched my main meal (dinner) to earlier in the day, about 2, and a lighter meal(lunch) in the evening so I would have longer to 'work it off' and it would not stop me sleeping well. I found that eating a main meal slightly later than lunch makes me eat less in the evening too. But I also agree with Mareannie about those who work late, but it could be worth a try to take in a lunch that is more substantial and just have a lighter supper at home. Not forgetting a snack later if you need it. emoticon
