I've been down in the dumps, but today I drug myself to the gym. I got in a workout including zumba, and now I find myself home and dancing. Sure I still have stress and troubles...but I feel 100% better. I'm ready to face it. I feel positive. Never underestimate the power of a body in motion to get your head in the right direction and your heart out of the dumps

While I am waiting on something I dance. I dance while waiting on the microwave, waiting on my kid's bathwater to finish, while washing dishes my legs are dancing, I stand while folding clothes and dance! Dancing lifts your mood and also helps you to get in that secret exercise!! It may look silly, but I know what I am doing it for and it isn't for anyone that may be laughing at me, it is for ME!
