Nightly Stretching

MORE INFORMATION:
Every night before going to sleep I put myself through a routine of stretches. Most involve my legs and hips. Takes 7-10 minutes. Helps me to relax and I sleep more sound. Not tossing and turning with moving my legs.

    Restless legs is something I have delt with for years. It drives me absolutely nuts. When it gets really bad I can usually take an Ibuprofen to help ease the symptoms.

    Oh I agree - Restless Leg Syndrome is infuriating to both me and my DB (Dearly Beloved). I've had it for years and it has been a real nuisance. Having said that, since studying my nutrition more closely, almost completely cutting out tea and coffee and replacing it with berry tea and water, cutting out MSG and aspartame and drastically reducing my bread and milk intake, I've just realised whilst reading your tip that my RLS is much improved. I hadn't thought of that until now so wonder if there is any correlation. Hmm. Interesting.
