Nightly Stretching

Every night before going to sleep I put myself through a routine of stretches. Most involve my legs and hips. Takes 7-10 minutes. Helps me to relax and I sleep more sound. Not tossing and turning with moving my legs.

    Restless legs is something I have delt with for years. It drives me absolutely nuts. When it gets really bad I can usually take an Ibuprofen to help ease the symptoms.
