If you are a busy person and can't find time to go get a mani or pedi (both men & women) These are just simple things you can do to get and maintain soft hands and feet. Invest in a pumice ($1.00 @ Sally') and use this in the shower everyday. Also use a scrub for hands and feet as follows:
Olive oil and granulated sugar (That's it) 4tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of sugar. Make a scrub and use on hands and feets only. Wash off w/ little soap and Voila. Use lotion as normal.

Just go and look at the website www.salimah.ecrater.com All products are made with Shea butter, mangobutter, sunfloweroil. I started making my own Hand and Body Lotions because my daughter is very sensitive. Now i have my own selection. If you have any questions please let me know.
Hand & Body Lotion, Lip Balm, Hand sanitizer, crack heel relieve, goatmilk soap, sheabutter soap, fizzy balls, bath salt, foot soak.
I always liberally apply Vaseline petroleum jelly to my feet before putting on my socks and sneakers. After my run/walk, my feet are always smooth and soft. My feet always look nice in sandals or strappy shoes!
I discovered that warming a few tablespoons of olive oil and adding a handful of epsom salts makes a great massage treat. Combine and rub gently will not only slough off the dead skin, but you get the added benefit of softer hands. Rinse after treatment. For added bene, put on a pair of cotton socks on your feet and let the olive oil continue to soak in.
