your hair gets build up from using the same shampoo all the time.. to get rid of build up you can simply add a couple table spoons of backing soda to a 1/4 cup of your regular shampoo and apply to dry hair and let set, for several minutes....then of course rinse hair in shower like you normaly would. Be sure to use a good conditioned afterward beacuse this takes all the yucky and some mosture out of your hair. Condition and rinse like you normaly would.. and you will notice a healthy diffrence

If you have bad dandruff most shampoos can't help you can find another use for the apple cider vinegar in your pantry. Just rinse hair with 1/2 a cup of it, rinse, and then shampoo. The first time it may work best to do it three times in a row. After that once or twice a week should work. Apple cider vinegar also works to get rid of product build up so you can use it even if you don't have dandruff.
Don't buy those expense shampoos that say they get rid of the "build up"from using hair products. Simply add 3-4 teaspoons of baking soda to your regular shampoo bottle. Your hair will be clean, shiny and less frizzy!
Straight up military style calisthenics and drills will help you shed pounds and tone up without a gym or ANY equipment whatsoever aside from shoes. I'm talking Jumping Jacks, Sit-Ups, Push-Ups, High Knees, Mountain Climbers, Steam Engines, Up Downs, Military Press, Lunges and Squats. It's hard work but it pays off. Google search for military physical fitness requirements, and find your age group. It'll give you the standards and in turn something to shoot for.
Pick a date on a calendar a couple months into the future and have that be your "TEST" day -- see what level of fitness you're at and then work on getting your score higher a couple months later.
