Honestly - I love SP nutrition tracker but its easier for me to go off course since it's connected to the computer and not me. However, I bought a calorie journal and I've been doing SO MUCH better eating healthy because it's in my purse and with me at all times!! My best advice - to stay true to your healthy lifestyle - write down everything you eat. You're much more likely to stay on course and continue your healthy eating habits! emoticon

    That sounds like a great idea, It is just your personal journal that you keep track of everything you eat? or is it for counting calories in food? Anyway, I think that is great, and I will try to find something for my purse. because I honestly forget all I put in my mouth, and sometimes, I omit it on purpose. emoticon

    I love how the food tracker calculates everything quickly but I do agree that it's hard to get back to the computer to log everything. I've been thinking about carrying a journal in my purse also. Maybe then at the end of each day I can log the whole day from my journal recordings. Best of both worlds!
