Honestly - I love SP nutrition tracker but its easier for me to go off course since it's connected to the computer and not me. However, I bought a calorie journal and I've been doing SO MUCH better eating healthy because it's in my purse and with me at all times!! My best advice - to stay true to your healthy lifestyle - write down everything you eat. You're much more likely to stay on course and continue your healthy eating habits!

Every day since I restarted at SP on Nov 1,2010 I have kept a food journal writing down everything I have eaten and drank that day. I'm using the older version of WW points to track with and I have lost 20.8 lbs so far. I use the fitness tracker to track my exercises. I found that by taking the time to write down everything, I can see where I may need to make changes or make a note on how I felt at the days end.
