Sweetening Hot Cereals Without Sugar

Most people don't like eating oatmeal plain, but what do you do if you want to avoid the sugar? I cook an apple or peach until it's soft, then stir it into my oatmeal with a little cinnamon. You get the natural sweetness of the fruit without all the processed sugars. Bon appetit!

    Another idea for you, I make mine with chopped tinned fruit along with the juice out of the tin, just sweet enough for me.
