Secrets of Success

Streamlining My Friend Feed'S Activities And Blogs

I have a large and active Spark friends list and a slow connection -bad combo. So I handle my huge friend feed lists this way. First I read all my Spark articles e-mails, earning my points for each one, which gives me six new windows, I click on friend feed on each window, and then go back to the first, click all my likes and comments, then click on blogs on each feed, reading and commenting on one while the others are still loading.

More Information:

I am able to get around to more blogs this way with my slow connection in a shorter time. Also, in huddling, when you click on a blog, you get a new window as well, so when I do all my huddles, I use those extra windows to tackle my friend feed too

  • Have experienced the slowness of dial-up internet and know what you are talking about. One thing I often did was to request a page, then I would then get up and load the washer, grab bills to be paid or do what ever needed to be done. Waiting for something to come up is definitely a waste of time. - by KBUCKMASH
