Everyone gets to a certain point in the day when they need a break. This is mainly for college kids but change it how you like: for every hour you spend studying, you get 10 minutes of a DANCE BREAK! It really helps you get back the focus and helps you to relax alittle. So go out there and dance :)

Ok so not everyone loves to clean, but I think some heavy duty scrubbing is a great way to release stress, use up extra energy, and burn a few calories. You'll feel good about being active and what you've accomplished around the house.
I always clean to some great, upbeat music. Just like at the gym, the music keeps me moving at a good pace and any dance breaks I take just burn more calories (and add some fun!).
