Making And Breaking Habits

I read somewhere once that it takes 30 days to make a habit but only one day to break it. (EX: if you exercise everyday for 30 days, it becomes a habit, but it only takes 1 day to say "not today" to break your streak, causeing you to have to start the 30 days all over. Same goes with eating habits, if you are eating healthy, it only takes one day to throw you off and put you back into bad habits.) Stay focused and things will come easier.

    I'm thinking I need to start a streak, like in form a new good habit: No eating after I leave the dining room table. If I eat it has to be part of my dinner meal. Thanks for the streak idea that came from your 30 day habit comment.
