I work about 45 minutes away from my house and there is alot of traffic at the time I get out of work. There is a gym write next to work,so I go right there at 5pm and get on the treadmill for 3 miles and the eliptical machine for .5 - 1 mile and by the time I'm done my work out is done, the calories are burned and the traffic is gone. 9
I wake up before him and get the coffee brewing. Spending that 1-2hours with him while he prepares for work is precious. Doing early morning chores together sets the mood for the whole day. He leaves for work with a happy heart and looks forward to meeting me for a swim when he's done with work.
