Easy Lunch Veggies




When packing up my dinner protein left overs (chicken breast, fish, etc.) I place them in a small, sealable, glass container along with raw veggies. When I heat it up for lunch at work the next day, the veggies steam from the chicken (or whatever) moisture and are done perfectly! No mushy left-overs from the night before!
