When packing up my dinner protein left overs (chicken breast, fish, etc.) I place them in a small, sealable, glass container along with raw veggies. When I heat it up for lunch at work the next day, the veggies steam from the chicken (or whatever) moisture and are done perfectly! No mushy left-overs from the night before!

I find a quick and easy way for me to make sure that I get my daily requirement of veggies in is to pack a bag of Steam Fresh veggies (broccoli and green beans are my favorites). Within 5-7 minutes it's ready to eat and that holds me over until lunch time. It also prevents me from overeating during lunch because I'm still partially full.69291210
I really hate doing dishes, so it's so much easier for me to just grab the chip bag out of the cabinet. So now, when I do shopping, I buy plenty of sandwich and snack bags. When I get home and am putting everything away, I put the serving size of the chips and other snacks into the plastic baggies.
I'm always running late for work, so when I'm packing my lunch, it's so easy just to throw the bags in.
