Not So Favorite Shampoo Anymore?

Ever notice the shampoo you fell in love with suddenly stopped being so wonderful? That's because your hair is adjusting to it. To keep loving your fav, pick up a free sample of some other type of shampoo & conditioner they are always giving away, or buy a travel size of a different product. Use it once every 2-3 weeks and the next time you use your old favorite, it will act like it did the first time you fell in love with it. As they say, variety is the spice of life, or hair in this case.

your hair gets build up from using the same shampoo all the time.. to get rid of build up you can simply add a couple table spoons of backing soda to a 1/4 cup of your regular shampoo and apply to dry hair and let set, for several minutes....then of course rinse hair in shower like you normaly would. Be sure to use a good conditioned afterward beacuse this takes all the yucky and some mosture out of your hair. Condition and rinse like you normaly would.. and you will notice a healthy diffrence in you hair immediatly. I read this in a womans magazine in the 90s and then saw it agian many years later.. and I have been doing this for years it works great!
