Don't buy bottled water!
MORE INFORMATION:
Pack a large thermos with ice water. Pack plastic glasses in different colors for each person on the trip, or pack disposable cups. When you're thirsty, drink ICE COLD water from the thermos.
We used to buy bottled water by the case on a weekly basis which not only cost us money but effects the environment. Now we use a Brita filter that's attached to our faucet, I fill up a pitcher to put in the fridge for cold water and we also have water bottles that we fill up every morning. Not only are we saving $20 (or more) a month on bottled water but we're also saving the landfills from 96 (or more) plastic bottles a month!
