Green Tea Craving Killer




I learned this trick from a tea book. When you are craving something sweet add a a couple of chocolate chips or a tiny piece of caramel in a cup of tea. This can help curb the cravings. Plus you get the health benefits of green tea, if you are not a green tea fan you can mix it with a fruit tea.

  • I kinda disagree on that since the carmel candy has alot of fat, and sugar , and neither one is all that good for your diet, I think just adding a tad of honey would be healtheir and alot less calories and fat intake? I heard even adding Lemon to the tea would help that. Somewhere along the line , I heard just smelling some vanilla actually takes your cravings away for sweet things? - by BITOFHONEY58
