Sticker charts are not just for little kids and chores. Choose something you want to do every single day, buy a package of stars or smiley faces, and put a chart where you can't miss it. (Mine is on the bathroom mirror.)

I tried scheduling appts and that dont work. but what is working better is having a chart to put exercise on and have a trainer sign I did the exercise. If I do something at home I can put on it too. No fibing allowed.
The chart has type of exercise how long calories burned I even post weigh in on it oh and a spot for siguatures.
I check off what I have done on my chart on my wall everyday and have an end of day journal that I write in so I can see how much I have accomplished. I have a 6 month chart, that has symbols, a weight chart that goes from week to week, and a measurement chart I do one a month, each ending in 6 month. And anytime I feel low, or like giving up, I just look at what have done, and how far I have come.
