We're in the Bermuda Triangle of Holidays where even a seasoned Maintainer can lose footing. Let's make a choice not to! We made the choice to lose weight, let's make a choice to maintain during the next months. Plan. Track. Exercise. Talk it out with those who understand. Let the holidays be one meal, not days on end of eating. Make the holidays about friends and family. Celebrate the occasion, not the food. YOU are sooooo worth the effort! emoticon

    Thank you for this. I am relatively new at maintaining and I am rather nervous about how to do it through the holidays especially as I have a couple business trips which are so packed full that exercise will be a real challenge. Its a great rule to see each holiday as one meal and not the weeks that surround it. - by J0ANNAJ

  • I have to agree with this one...I want to be more active in my garden and keeping my home attractive and trying new low calorie alternatives to the usual deserts.

    One favorite is butternut squash cooked and mashed like potatoes topped with cinnamon instead of the pie
