Do as I say not as I do--since my hubby has been away I've stayed up later and later. Bad move: not only does it throw of your circadian rhythms, it puts a strain on your diet. If you DO stay up late, avoid giving in to the munchies and drink hot tea or drink water.

    I'm a night owl, too! It's a recipe for late night snacking, so make the kitchen off limits after dinner. By going to bed, you're more likely to appreciate a healthy breakfast the next morning and start the day off right and rested!
Sleep is also necessary for weight loss (reduces cortisol levels and promotes proper insulin sensitivity).

    it is so true, get into bed, or you will start scrummaging through the cabinets and the refrigerator, even though you aren't hungry, just keep water by your bed
