I am not usually very organized, but I am trying to plan my meals. I am also weighing my food. It is surprising to see how much 3.5 ounces of meat really is!!!! I am getting my vegetables and fruit everyday. I am also drinking half my body weight in water. I need an IV for that!! LOL I feel full and do not feel deprived. I am taking it one day at a time. emoticon
