I try coming up with "Spark" words to keep me constantly reminded about "the Spark" concept, and it helps me remember my health goals! Spark-walk, Spark-wich, Spark-run, Spark-fast, Spark-uum, Spark-break, Spark-ster, Spark-ler, Spark-fest, etc. SPARK-Everything!!!!

I have been Sparking since 2007 and I fnd the more active I get with other Sparkers, the more motivation I get. The more motivation I get, my chances rise substantially that I will stay healthy using the new healthy habits I have learned!
For weight loss using the Spark tools for recipes, the recipe calculator, and then being able to track anything and everything that went into my mouth helped me develop an entirely new lifestyle so that I did not think of dieting but I wanted what was healthier! It was also a help to know that because of my work schedule that I could make Spark work within my busy schedule! However, when I retired the whole website, team and friends were there for me to continue learning!
Including my WW loss and my Spark loss I have gone from 183 to 121-123 and maintained for 65 weeks! Now I am involved in motivation and fitness FOR ME! Funny, I wanted to do fitness for the first time in my life!
