I can even enjoy chocolate milk w/ skim milk & 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder or healthy sandwiches loaded w/ veggies, melted low-fat cheese & lean meat. They're yummy, fulfulling & the possibilities are endless!
I also replaced fries w/ thin slices of baked potato. Crunchy!

Hungry Girl (LIsa Lillien) has many great low cal/low fat recipes and recipe makeovers in her books as well as on on her website (hungry-girl.com). You can also subscribe to her email list and get daily messages. Note that some recipes are a touch high in the sodium dept, but many taste very good, are easy to make, and generally healthy.

It's less than 100 pages, with photos of each recipe. Every recipe I've tried so far has been great, and I've already shopped for the ingredients for several more! We loved the Spicy Garlic Chicken with Lemon Glaze. I love to try new recipes, and this book provides healthy with a gourmet twist!
