I have been yoyo dieting... I'm into losing weight for a couple of weeks then I get depressed and just let myself go and gain more weight and get more depressed!! Oh, plus drink lots of carbonated caffeine drinks I need help staying motivated!! There I said it. From my husband always wanting to eat out or bringing me home some goodies and tempting me to eat more and more.
He wants to lose weight too but he says the only way he'll do it with me is if we sign up for gym but i'm afraid of the cost and he procrastinates in doing sooo!! So please help help help!!!!!
