Since I am alone when I cook I don't cut the recipe because on most things it is hard to do. What I do is package the food in individual packages with a helping of 2 meals. I do it with side dishes, meats, fish, desserts everything I make. When I'm not feeling well I don't have to cook just take out & microwave it. Makes it easy & their is no waste. I have healthy meals at my fingertips. My freezers are always full because I take out but make the meal & put back more. Fun, good eats, love Spark.
