carry a small music player and GOOD QUALITY headphones, crank up the volume to our favorite dance music, or any music with loud beats and a fast tempo , and see how it miraculously pumps energy into you..
you will find yourself running faster... (try raising the resistance/elevation , you wont even notice it)

Get that Ipod or MP3 loaded up with your favorite fast paced music. Fast music with a good paced bass makes you walk faster. Using your favorite music makes you think I will walk to just one more song.
It's awful hard not to work a little harder, push yourself a little further when in the background you have your loudest, hardest and fastest music playing full blast. Let the music consume you and you'll find you can do more than you would've thought without it.
