Before you eat, take a walk, read a book, play with the dog, read blogs, SparkMail a Maintainer, prepare a healthy dish that will help you stay on plan, work on a hobby, listen to music, do some yoga poses, take a bubble bath, call a friend, post on a team that offers lots of support, write a blog, scream in your pillow, journal your feelings. There are so many things you can do to work through your feelings. Food is not one of them.
