Don't! YOU'RE soooo worth the effort of finding a solution! Before you eat, take a walk, read a book, play with the dog, read blogs, SparkMail a Maintainer, prepare a healthy dish that will help you stay on plan, work on a hobby, listen to music, do some yoga poses, take a bubble bath, call a friend, post on a team that offers lots of support, write a blog, scream in your pillow, journal your feelings. There are so many things you can do to work through your feelings. Food is not one of them.

    Thank you - I'm having that tough day and I don't want to eat and put on weight - especially not just before a big work trip followed by the holidays. I know that I am worth it and I won't throw in the towle.

    I like it! Especially screaming into your pillow, lol. Have a conversation with your significant other is another suggestion. That keeps me from eating.
