I love salad bars, but to get my healthy protien and least one a week, I take a serving packet of TUNA. GREAT way to add GOOD protien. I also take a SPRITZ bottle for my salad dressing, that way I KNOW those calories, I am eating!
1) have faith 2) walk daily (with dogs) 3) add frozen juice cubes to water 4) eat breakfast of protien, fruit/veg and oatmeal 5) declutter house (improves mood) 6) log on to SP daily 7) track food intake 8) garden 9) appreciate the weather 10) declare war on cravings...they are the enemy
I have to take shots daily and know if I want to live do it. I have ways to make it easier.
I don't likke restrictions, so I found out you can give your shot through your clothes. I do now. Also, I take my first reading as soon as I wake up. I can work with that reading and can function easily through out the day/
