I eat oatmeal for breakfast a lot. When I went to a Nutritionist, she told me to add in a serving of peanut butter. A great way to get protein for that meal!

Think creative ways to add exercise through out the day. Do squats next to the bed, while making breakfast add a few calf raises. After sitting awhile, use your chair to do dips working your arms, add lunges walking down a hall. Stand against a wall and squat! This all adds up.
I have to take shots daily and know if I want to live do it. I have ways to make it easier.

I don't likke restrictions, so I found out you can give your shot through your clothes. I do now. Also, I take my first reading as soon as I wake up. I can work with that reading and can function easily through out the day/
