A number of years ago, I found an easy way of eating tuna was to include it in a salad with crushed (no sugar added) pineapple. I added onions and chopped green pepper, but the pineapple and the juice served as the dressing for the salad, so no extra calories!! Tasty, quick.

Sometimes regular oatmeal can be really boring. I like to change it up a bit by using Quaker instant lower-sugar oatmeal and mixing it with crushed pineapple (with juice) instead of water. If you throw in a few nuts for protein, it tastes kind of like a pineapple crisp, but is a filling and healthy breakfast.
