Some days I let myself get down, and then I think--Why? I don't like this feeling. So I ask my self what is the one positive thing I can find about today..no matter how small, and I use that. Did I learn something new? Is the sun shining? I have decided that today's choices were poor, therefore I won't do them again? And if all else fails, I remember that tomorrow is on it's way, and gives me full permission to restart and look up!

When I have a bad day, I mourn it, make a resolution to do better tomorrow and then set aside the bad deed. It makes no sense beating myself up and fouling up my attitude. Tomorrow gives me the opportunity to start over. So start over if you have to, your body will be happy if you do.
