Select exactly only what you want. If people ask why you are not eating, tell them the truth, you don't want it now, select only what is healthy and what you would like to eat.

Last Xmas I go to the typical Holiday Party. The hostess was constantly making her rounds, to the guest. I had peruse the buffet table and made a mental selection.
After about an hours gap fest, with a touch of disco fever, I made my 1st venture to the food. By that time much of what I select was gone. AH-ha!! "My plan is working Igor."
I pick and nibbled a bit. Then out of the front of my eye I see, THE HOSTESS. The food was moving fast enough for her. The kitchen was stacked up. The fridge was about to burst. The ice in the ice chest was ruining the items there.
Believe me I did NOT want more eats. When she tried to maneuver me to the table my response man-y'ana. But as the song goes, "My tomorrow never came."
