Save 1/2 For Tomorrow



When going out to eat, and you know that it's going to be a high counting meal, order something that will be okay to reheat and ask for a to go box when you order your meal. Save 1/2 of anything that counts really high and take it home with you. Enjoy a salad or steamed veggies along side to keep from feeling unsatisfied. This helps so you don't "eat if because its there" while waiting for others in your party to finish.
