A Solution To Curbing My Sweet Cravings...

I have horrible cravings for sweets-all the time. So recently while trying to find alternatives to drinking pop, I began to drink tea and realized it helps to get rid of my sugar cravings. I drink white, green, and red teas with no milk (gets rid of health benefits) and no sugar.

    I rarely drink soda. I used to drink fresh brewed tea with caffeine but now if I have tea I try to drink herbal. Sometimes green since it is low in caffeine.

I think regular soda and artificially sweetened soda both cause cravings and for anyone serious about weightloss and getting healthy it is best to eliminate both from ones lifestyle.
