Fighting the Halloween candy splurge? Feel like the "bad guy" for banning junk food from your house? Here's a trick I use - buy foods you DON'T like. That way you're not tempted to chow down on something that you know isn't healthy. Hate fruity candy? Buy jelly beans to give out for Halloween. Hate ranch flavor chips? Buy those instead of your favorite cheesy chips. It's way easier to resist temptation if you DON'T find it tempting!

I've started using the "Nutrition Notes" toward the bottom of the "My Nutrition" page to (a) track what times I eat my 5-6 meals a day, and (b) track what new foods (or in my case, protein bars) I've tried and whether I liked them or not. This makes it easier when trying to remember whether I liked a particular flavor, and whether I should buy it again or not. WAY easier than scrolling through each day because you can print a "Nutrition Notes Report". SO HANDY!!!
Simply click the "See Notes Report" button and select the dates you wish to view.
I never liked eating carrots, but I liked juicing carrots. Well I bought a small bag of mini carrots to snack on at work and I have grown to really like them. They are sweet and crunchy, and after so much chewing I'm satisfied. 104
I love chips, they are my downfall. I have been able to combat the urge even though I still buy them for my husband, by buying flavours he likes and I detest such as Dill Pickle. I also buy the ones I cant have, as I have food allergies and some contain what I am allergic to.
