Buy staple ingredients for your favorite meals in quantity when they are on sale. Then all you have to do is add the fresh stuff to make a great meal. I always have wheat, (I have a wheat grinder to make the freshest flour) white flour, yeast, salt on hand to make my own bread. That saves me a lot of money every week.

Now is the time to plan the crafts you want to make and give as gifts. Work on them before time gets away from you. Now is the time to pick up a gift that's on sale and store it away. The most important meal of the day, always sets the tone to how you are going to eat for the rest of the day and feel. Always have a nutritious meal already made on hand so you don't grab the sugary cereal or cookie in the cabinet. The best ones I have are slim fast shake or meal bar or some other meal supplement. I also make 1/2 cup of egg substitute the night before so all I have to do is reheat and grab a fuit or other health carb to go along with. Remember BE PREPARED!
