My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!

Have trouble getting down on the floor to do yoga poses (or sit ups, or push ups, etc.)? Or maybe you're like me and struggle to get up when you're done? No problem! You can do a lot of those exercises IN BED until you're strong enough to do them on the floor!
