Whenever I'm having "one of those days" and I'm not feeling all that great about myself or how I look, I go the extra mile to do what ever I have to do to lift my moral about myself: I personally love to take a hot shower, find a killer outfit to wear to work or out for the day, do something super fabulous with my makeup and listen to my favs on my iphone while getting ready!! At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
