Years ago I started writing in a "joy" book. Each day I added at least one thing that brought me joy. I lost the book for years, but happened upon it while cleaning. It is amazing how writing (and later reading) one small happy incident or memory each day can lift your spirits.

It's like finding a beloved treasure, isn't it? What a great idea! When the first GD started to talk and say cute things, I started keeping a journal of the things that she said (and, now, the 2nd GD too) and I'm going to compile them into a book of sorts to give to them when they grow up. Hugs.

Everyday make a true effort to find something that makes you happy and gives you joy, take a moment to really savor that feeling. Keep a journal of it and tomorrow find another thing and another thing the day after, write them all down until your life is filled with joy!
I feel that life is short and we should make the most of if! Think Positive, FIND some joy in every day and in evertything you do. Share that joy ( and your smile with others.)
