Having lost so much weight by a simple lifestyle change by cutting out or drastically cutting down on snacks like potato chips, etc. I have moved on to making my life healthier because instead of snacking on chips, I now snack on a fruit or 2...and if it is not in the house you can't snack on it

    Eat food you cook at home from whole, close to the source ingredients. You'll feel so great that eating out will become unpleasant unless you can find a restaurant that also cooks from scratch from whole, close to the source ingredients! And you will save lots of money n the process. - by LIZABAKER
