Okie so I didnt think it was true, i thought there was a miracle way to lose weight but my friends there is not. 13.5lbs in a little over a month... jus by eating less calories and exercising like 2-3 times a week... It works so well you jus gotta keep on trucking

Exercising everyday keeps me motivated to live healthy. I used to try to diet alone without exercise. It always failed. Now I try to focus more on exercise and less on food. I have done this long enough now that exercise is something I rarely miss and feel bad if I don't get it done for the day.
