Okie so I didnt think it was true, i thought there was a miracle way to lose weight but my friends there is not. 13.5lbs in a little over a month... jus by eating less calories and exercising like 2-3 times a week... It works so well you jus gotta keep on trucking

    Do you know what the intake should be for someonedoing 1 1/2 hours cardio everyday? I upped my calories to 1500 but still am staying the same weight. Granted I have increased muscle and muscle weighs more than fat...
