Found this website yesterday, it hasn't been officially launched yet but what I see so far is really cool. It has pics of what 200 calories of a food looks like but you can enter any amount and get the nutritional content. You can put together meals, you can play a game that has you estimate how many calories something is (it tells you if you under or overestimated), and you can see what it takes to burn 200 calories.
