Take time and write a love letter to yourself...write what you need to hear and then read it loud to yourself. On those hard, trying days, pull it out and read it again. You will be surprised to see the difference it makes. It feels so good to be accepted and appreciated!!!

    I'll need to write it when I am more positive about myself. I usually feel great since I've joined SP and have made a healthy lifestyle change. But right now I am stressed about work. Once I lose a couple pounds and the stressful period is over (it will be one week from yesterday afternoon.) I will write that letter. Then I can read it when I have these periods where I question myself.
