I have found that planning meals really helps! Your body actually "craves" the foods you have planned which totally helps! Make sure your meal plans work in the things that you like- make a lifestyle change out of a "diet"!

I plan my days meals at least one day in advance. Often, I will look through what I have in my fridge and pantry and plan a weeks worth of meals. It takes the worry out of thinking what will be healthy to eat that day because I just grab what I said I would eat and head to work!
