I consider Sunday my "free" day. That means that I don't count calories, fat or anything else. During the week, if I have a craving for something that would take me over my goals, I just tell myself I can have it on Sunday. The reality is that on most Sunday's, I usually stay with the healthy eating habits I have developed. And for those times it do splurge, it's OK. I believe one day cannot undue 6 days. Also, having that "light at the end of the tunnel" helps me throughout the week!
