When you're in maintenance it's easy to get lazy with tracking calories and to slack off going to the gym/exercising. Don't wait until you've gained back 10 or 15 pounds. As soon as you see the scale start creeping up, nip it in the bud! Get focused again on those good habits (staying within your calorie goal and exercising) that got you to your goal in the first place.

I have several new routine ideas in store for when I hit plateaus. My first one is to begin an 8-week couch-to-5k program, so I ordered a new pair of running shoes yesterday. Now as soon as I see a plateau beginning, I'll nip it in the bud and add some running to my workout routine!
Other routines I have planned include: start a 6-week swim routine to be able to swim a mile straight, purchase an inexpensive gym membership so I can take all of their classes for free, begin a 100 pushups training program, and take a dance class at a new studio opening soon.
