This Sparked Me!

We have greatly reduced (although certainly not eliminated) our carb intake. This has really added to the speed with which I've lost weight (although the loss is still reasonable). I am not overly hungry but rarely top out the calorie recommendations from Sparks

MORE INFORMATION:
We have greatly reduced rice and potato consumption, as well as bread and other high carb foods. Our doctors have even recommended not much fruit.

We get our carbs through dairy products and some fruit.

    If I don't have more than 1/2 slice of bread, my hunger is in balance. (I always wonder why some days, I still choose to!)I agree having fruit and veg carbs and less starchy carbs is a way forward
