Eating organic dried fruit is an excellent way to satisfy your sweet tooth ! Dried figs, apricots, prunes, etc have decent amounts of fiber and if organic, have no nasty sulpher added to them.4
If you have diabetes, insulin resistance or a major sweet tooth where one bite sends you into a frenzy, then this will not help. Great for somebody who wants a little sweet treat in place of standard sugary snacks.
